We want to ensure your satisfaction with every Lavena London purchase. Please review the policy below for clarity on return timelines and eligibility.
Autumn/Winter Collection (Custom Made)
Our AW25 pieces are custom-made to order. Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, return requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item.
Depending on the nature of the return, you will be offered either a refund or store credit.
All Other Collections
Items from the rest of our collection are eligible for returns within 30 days, with return requests required within 7 days of delivery.
After your request is reviewed, you will be offered a refund or store credit based on the condition and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning any items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until successfully received by us. Lavena London cannot accept liability for any returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit and will not be able to issue a refund or exchange for items not received.
